• ID, please: Mall cracks down on solo teens (storereporter.com) — Starting Monday, minors visiting Westfield Wheaton after 3 p.m. will need to bring a parent or another adult over 21, with IDs checked and a four-teens-per-adult limit. The new rule follows recent shoplifting, teen disturbances, and a shooting that injured a 13-year-old, and could reshape how Wheaton families use the mall after school.
