
CASA de Maryland (15th Ave) will be hosting a FREE clinic on Saturday, November 17 for legal permanent residents wishing to become US citizens. If you are interested in attending, you will need the following documents to complete your application: your Permanent Resident card (green card), social security card, driver's license or state ID, ALL current/ and expired passports, and your CASA ID. We will be processing CASA memberships on site as well, so don't worry if you're not a member!
In addition to the requested documents, please bring information regarding your children (full name, date of birth, addresses), current and former spouses (social security number or A#, date of marriage/end of marriage, marriage certificate if applying through marriage to a US citizen), residences and employers for the last five years.
Attorneys and authorized representatives will be present!
