Attention aspiring dancers and movement enthusiasts: study and perform ballet, jazz, hip-hop, contemporary and modern dance from professional artists. Bowen McCauley Dance company members teach excerpts from the company repertoire, guiding campers through an authentic warm-up and performance rehearsal process.
Exposure to dance history, costuming and makeup is also part of the program. Campers gain confidence and taste the life of a professional dancer. This educational, fun and fast-paced program prepares dancers for a culminating performance at the end of each session.
