WellTogether Launch Event: Free Community Health Services at Marian Fryer Town Plaza

WellTogether is excited to announce the launch of our new nonprofit and bringing our mobile health unit to Marian Fryer Town Plaza!

Join us for a day of free community health screenings and resources

The mobile unit will offer free lab testing provided by Health Betterment Initiative including:

Health screenings include:

• Diabetes screening
• Cholesterol screening
• Kidney and liver function testing
• Primary care-level bloodwork
• Rapid infectious disease testing

The event includes a health and resource fair with multiple community resources.

This is a wonderful opportunity to take care of your health, connect with local resources, and help us celebrate the launch of WellTogether’s efforts to build a healthier, stronger community together.
