Olney Springs Groundbreaking Ceremony

Elm Street Development and Montgomery Housing Partnership, Inc. (MHP) will host a groundbreaking ceremony for their Olney Springs development.

Olney Springs is a new construction, for-sale community on a 32-acre site on Bowie Mill Road in Olney, Maryland.

This innovative public-private partnership will provide 114 mixed-income townhomes and single family detached homes in an area of Montgomery County where price affordability is much needed.

Features of the 114-unit community will include:

-- 30 percent sold at Workforce Housing prices

-- 40 percent sold at market rate
