Saturday, May 16
- Olney Days returns this year with activities Saturday and Sunday. The first event โJoeโs Ride and Strideโ begins at 7 a.m.

- The 6th Annual Gaithersburg Book Festival takes place rain or shine on the City Hall grounds from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. An app is available for your smartphone this year.

- It is Community Day and Strawberry Festival at the Good Hope Community Recreation Center in Silver Spring. The fun begins at 10 a.m.
- Adventure Theatre-MTC presents The Wonderful Wizard of Oz with performances at 11 a.m., 2 and 4:30 p.m.
- The Puppet Co. presents Cinderella in Glen Echo Park at 11:30 a.m. and 1 p.m.
- Explore life in the Montgomery County at the end of the Civil War at Rileyโs Lock along the C&O Canal at noon.
- Relay for Life of Clarksburg and Germantown starts at noon at Rocky Hill Middle School.
