The Wheaton Girls Volleyball team got their 3rd victory of the 2013 season against Northwood HS on Friday, 3-0 (25-11, 25-19 & 25-15). It was also their 2nd straight following the defeat of Rockville (3-0) 2 days earlier. This has left the Knights optimistic after a 5 game winless stretch, improving to 3-8. The Knights are lead by Seniors Danielle MacKenzie, Sheyla Carrasco & Ting Yu Kuo, Juniors Sophie Levy and Crystal Salazar and Sophomores Jade Berry. The Knights take on the Cavaliers of Kennedy HS tonight at Wheaton HS (3:30pm) followed by Seneca Valley also at home on Wednesday.
