We’ll take a respite from the summer heat while strolling along the
C&O towpath in the early evening. On the way we’ll listen for bullfrogs and owls,
keep alert for the ubiquitous great blue heron, and gaze at the placid surface
of the Potomac. Directions to the trailhead will be emailed to all registrants.
