Metro This Weekend
Blue, orange and red line track work planned for this weekend – allow for an extra 20-30 minutes of travel time.
Metro has track work planned on sections of the Red, Orange and Blue lines from 10:00 p.m. Friday, Sept. 23 through closing on Sunday, Sept. 25.
Red Line
Trains will share one track between Dupont Circle and Judiciary Square for construction work at Farragut North.

Trains will share one track between Vienna and West Falls Church as crews replace cross ties and insulators.
Allow for an extra 20 minutes of travel time.
Green Line
Trains will share one track between Southern Avenue and Naylor Road as crews replace rail fasteners.
Allow for an extra 20 minutes of travel time.
