Gaithersburg, MD – Detectives from the Montgomery County Police – Special Victims Investigations Division (SVID) are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing 16-year-old from Gaithersburg.

Sarah Kelley was last seen on October 16 at 4 p.m., at the Flower Hill Shopping Center in the 18200 block of Flower Hill Way.

Kelley is 5-feet, 6-inches tall and weighs 130 pounds. She has black hair, hazel eyes and pierced ears. Kelley was last seen wearing a light blue hoodie, red shorts and black Vans tennis shoes.

Police and family are concerned for her welfare.
