Wheaton Urban District Advisory Committee Meeting to Take Place Tuesday Afternoon

On Tuesday, the Wheaton Urban District Advisory Committee (WUDAC) will hold its October meeting at 5 p.m. at the , located at 2424 Reedie Drive in Wheaton.

WUDAC meets the second Tuesday of every month to discuss issues that affect Wheaton Urban District area. WUDAC members include representatives from the business community, the Chamber of Commerce, residents and the Mid-County Citizens Advisory Board (MCCAB). These meetings are open to the public.

The Oct. 11 meeting should provide updates on Westfield, marketing and redevelopment in Wheaton, and is slated to serve as a brainstorming session to determine the group’s 2011-2012 activities.

Additionally, newly named Mid-County Regional Services director will give her first report to the committee.
