Photo Gallery: The Mid-County Community Recreation Center Opens
On July 9, 2011, Montgomery County community members celebrated the opening of the new 25,000-square-foot recreation center in Silver Spring with dedication and ribbon cutting ceremonies.
As of Saturday, the Mid-County Rec Center is open to the public. It includes a gymnasium, social hall, game room and conference room. Ingrid St. Villier will serve as the Director of the center.
