Police Blotter: Feb. 7 to Feb. 15

Two robberies, two residential burglaries

Yesterday, Montgomery County Police released crime statistics for the week of Feb. 7 to Feb. 15. In addition to the crimes described below, police reported one theft from a vehicle in the Lincoln sector.

Robbery:

  • Two suspects were arrested for an attempted commercial robbery at La Frontera, 4217 Randolph Road, on Feb. 9 at 9:15 p.m

Arrested: male, 25, from Germantown; male, 32, from Silver Spring.

  • Victims of a armed robbery that happened in the 12100 block of Centerhill Street know the suspect, a Hispanic male, 28. The robbery occurred on Feb. 9 at 12:15 p.m.

Residential Burglary:

  • During the day on Feb. 8, a residential burglary occurred in the 1900 block of Franwall Avenue. The burglar took property by forced entry.
  •  A residential burglary occurred in the 900 block of Dryden Street between Feb 11 and Feb, 13. Property was taken by forced entry.
