We’ll introduce you to 10 techniques for common grabs, holds, and shoves and also discuss 5 central concepts to self-defense that can be applied in a variety of situations.

We train in a very safe manner and have fun while doing it! It doesn’t take athleticism or strength - the techniques rely on maximizing your body’s strength and leverage over your opponent.

Self-defense actually starts before any physical contact occurs. Setting boundaries, recognizing certain signs, and being aware of and managing distance can go a long way to improving safety and the likelihood of having to use a physical self-defense technique. At the end other end of the spectrum we’ll also cover some worse case scenarios and how to handle them.

We guarantee you will feel more powerful when you walk out than when you walked in!
