Bridges® by EPOCH Names Gretchen Bramanti as Regional Wellness Director

WALTHAM, MA — Bridges® by EPOCH has promoted Gretchen Bramanti to Regional Wellness Director. Bramanti previously served as the Wellness Director at Bridges® by EPOCH at Westford, where she successfully managed resident care and wellness programming.

In her new regional role, Bramanti will oversee wellness operations, clinical compliance, and care team training across multiple Bridges® by EPOCH memory care communities. She will focus on maintaining high standards of specialized dementia care and supporting local wellness teams to ensure the health and safety of all residents.

Bramanti brings years of nursing and senior living experience to the position. During her time at the Westford community, she was recognized for her strong communication with families and her ability to implement personalized care plans that enhance residents' quality of life.

Gretchen is replaced in her role as Senior Wellness Director at Westford by Kate Watson, another long-serving EPOCH team member. Kate had served as a floating wellness team member across multiple Bridges communities, and now finds a more permanent home at Bridges® Westford.
