Luxury MA Inn Named Best Waterfront Hotel In America By USA Today

CHATHAM, MA — A luxury Cape Cod inn was named the No. 1 waterfront hotel in America by USA Today.

The Chatham Bars Inn took top honors in the USA Best Waterfront Hotel/Resort of 2026.

"Whether by a lake or overlooking the sea, there's something special about vacationing near water," USA Today noted.

As for the Chatham Bars Inn, USA Today pointed out that "there's a lot to enjoy."

"With a quarter-mile private beach and stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean, this classic New England destination has welcomed guests to Cape Cod since 1914," USA Today said.

"With 25 landscaped acres, poolside and beachfront cabanas and lounges, cottages, and five on-site dining options, there's a lot to enjoy," according to USA Today. "Settle into an Adirondack chair, stroll into town, or get out on the water to watch the whales."
