EPOCH Senior Living Promotes Adele Pepin to Senior VP of Marketing and Communications

WALTHAM, MA — EPOCH Senior Living, a premier provider of senior living residences in the Northeast, has announced the promotion of Adele Pepin to Senior Vice President of Marketing and Communications. In her new role, Pepin will continue to drive the strategic direction of the company’s brands, expanding her leadership over comprehensive corporate communications and marketing operations.

Pepin joined EPOCH Senior Living in May 2019 as Senior Director of Marketing and was quickly elevated to Vice President of Marketing. Her latest promotion to Senior Vice President reflects her exceptional leadership and a proven track record of driving measurable growth for the organization. Notably, Pepin successfully managed a major organizational transition by bringing marketing operations in-house, significantly reducing the company’s reliance on external providers.

Adele holds a Bachelor of Science from Worcester State University and a Master of Business Administration from Assumption University.
