The CDC is advising U.S. consumers not to eat any romaine lettuce and advising restaurants and retailers not to sell the product.

U.S. PIRG released its annual report warning parents about the most dangerous toys ahead of the holiday shopping season.

'This is the oldest case that the Massachusetts District Attorney's office has been able to bring to resolution,' said DA Marian Ryan.

Police said the body of a man in his 30s was found by a dog walker Tuesday morning.

Pressure from players and residents influenced the athletic director to move the game back to Thanksgiving morning, Coach Chamberlain said.
