MA 2022 Voter Registration Deadline Is Here
If you want to help pick the next Massachusetts governor or answer key ballot questions, the last day to register is here.

MASSACHUSETTS — If you want to vote in the Nov. 8 Massachusetts election, your last chance to register to vote is Saturday.
The Oct. 29 voter registration comes 10 days before Election Day — and that's actually an improvement over previous elections. Before the passage over the summer of a new Massachusetts voting rights bill, the deadline to register was 20 days before Election Day.
Even more good news: you can take care of your registration business online.

It's a big election year in Massachusetts. Voters will decide who becomes the next governor, lieutenant governor, attorney general, treasurer and auditor. There are also local races for state House and Senate, and federal election for Congress.
There will also be four questions on the ballot allowing voters to decide on a new millionaires tax to fund schools and infrastructure, driver licenses for undocumented residents, regulating dental insurance rates and increasing the number of “all alcoholic beverages” licenses any single retailer can hold.

Early voting in the 2022 election is on now and will last until Friday. Apart from that, voters will get to go to the polls on Nov. 8 between 7 a.m. and 8 p.m. to cast a ballot. Many more voters have already received ballots in the mail, and there's a key deadline for that form of voting coming soon: residents have until 5 p.m. on Nov. 1 to request a mail-in ballot.
