Police Officer Accused Of Urinating On Woman At MA Concert

FOXBOROUGH, MA — An off-duty Rhode Island police officer is facing disorderly conduct charges after being accused of urinating on a woman's shoes while "extremely intoxicated" at a Kenny Chesney concert in Foxborough Saturday night, according to a police report.

The incident occurred in the sandpit area at the sandpit area at Gillette Stadium, where police found Shane Lynch "holding a Bud Light can, swaying back and forth," with his eyes "almost closed," the police report, which was obtained by Boston25 News, said.

Lynch, who is an officer with the Cranston Police Department, urinated again while talking to officers, according to the report.

He agreed to pay $100 in court costs to have the case dismissed and was "issued a trespass order by stadium security," WJAR reported.

The Cranston Police Department told WJAR that it would "handle the matter administratively."
