ACROSS MASSACHUSETTS — The Massachusetts State Police are investigating a video that appears to show a state trooper sleeping in his cruiser, MassLive reports. Officials also confirmed to MassLive that as of Tuesday, the unnamed trooper is still on active duty.

A 23-second YouTube video called “My friend Nick catches Massachusetts State Trooper sleeping on the job” shows a trooper appearing to sleep in his cruiser, stationed near a busy highway that Mass Live said appears to be I-495. In the video, which was uploaded Nov. 21, the man behind the camera approaches the cruiser, knocks on the window, and berates the officer.

“Bro, I see you sleeping here every single morning,” the cameraman says to the trooper. “Going on Facebook Live...Every morning I drive by, you’re [expletive] sleeping, I can’t even see you in the front seat.”
