Solarize Acton is a project of the state of Massachusetts and the Town of Acton to bring reliable low-cost solar installations to as many rooftops in Acton as possible over the next few months. At this event, Solar 201, meet the installer chosen after a rigorous bidding and review process: New England Clean Energy (formerly New England Breeze). They will review the plans and prices available for interested Acton households, small businesses and non-profit organizations. Representatives from the Massachusetts Clean Energy Center will briefly review the logistics, finances and science of solar energy installations in Massachusetts, and how the Solarize Acton process will work.
There will be a lot of time for your questions, and a sign-up sheet for getting your own free site assessment.
