6-Alarm Lawrence Fire Burns Several Buildings Early Thursday

Fire crews are at the scene of a six-alarm fire early Thursday morning that burned several two-deckers and threatened other nearby buildings on East Cambridge Street near Osgood Street in Lawrence, Mass., according to multiple reports.

Approximately a dozen people were evacuated from several of the three-decker buildings.

According to officials, the fire started in a building that was under construction, according to WHDH.
