Andover Election 2021 Voter Guide: How And When To Vote
Nine incumbents are running in the March 23 town election.

ANDOVER, MA — Voters in Andover will head to the polls Tuesday, March 23, for the 2021 annual town election.
Nine incumbent town elected officials are running for re-election, including in the Select Board, School Committee and moderate races.
The deadline to register to vote was March 3. You can check your voting status on the Secretary of State's website, where you can also find your voting precinct.

Registering To Vote
The registration deadline was March 3 at 8 p.m.
The Board of Registrars of Voters held extended hours until 8:00 PM at the Town Offices, 36 Bartlet Street. Residents with state IDs can register online at www.RegisterToVoteMA.com.

You can check your registration online at www.sec.state.ma.us or by calling the town clerk at 978-623-8230.
Mail-in Voting
Vote-by-mail applications are due by Wednesday, March 17 at 5 p.m. Applications are also available at the town offices.
Applications can be emailed to townclerk@andoverma.us, with hand-written signatures, or deposited in the secure drop boxes located in the Customer Service Center at the Town Offices, in the Business Mail drop box located outside the Town Offices, or mailed to the Town Clerk’s Office at 36 Bartlet Street.
Mail-in ballots should be returned by mail or using the town's secure drop boxes. They cannot be submitted at in-person voting locations.
Mail-in votes must be received by the town clerk's office by 8 p.m. on election day.

Polls in Andover are open 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Election Day, March 23. You can use the Secretary of State’s website to find your polling place.
- Precincts 1 and 3: Youth Center at 40 Whittier Court
- Precincts 4, 5 and 6: Wood Hill Middle School at 11 Cross Street
- 2, 7, 7A, 8 and 9: Andover High School Richard J. Collins Field House at 80 Shawsheen Road
