Andover Health Division - It’s Never Too Late To Vaccinate

A newly released CDC Health Advisory notes that influenza activity has increased significantly in the United States over recent weeks. Additionally, here in Massachusetts, the Massachusetts Department of Public Health has said the flu season has started earlier than usual and recommends that people take steps to prevent the spread of flu.

If you missed the annual flu clinics and have not yet had your flu vaccine, the Andover Health Division has announced that vaccine is still available and strongly urges vaccination as a preventative measure. There is no out of pocket charge regardless of insurance coverage; however insurance information will be requested for billing purposes.
