Andover Launches New Customer Service System 'Andover Central'
The new system uses both an online portal and a phone system.

ANDOVER, MA — Town Manager Andrew Flanagan announced that the town has a new customer service system. The new system, called Andover Central, is accessible online and by calling 311 within the town. Residents can look up information or request service using the new system.
The online portal is available at andoverma.gov/311. It has two main sections: the "knowledge base," where you can search for information on topics like permits, police, or snow clearing, and "request a service." In the request a service section, residents can put a location, details on the service needed, and contact information for the town to respond.
"Non-emergency service requests can also be entered online and will be assigned to the appropriate department for response," according to the announcement. "Employees in all town departments and divisions have been trained on the Andover Central software."
