Andover July 4th Fireworks, Parades, And More: 2018 Guide

There will be a fireworks display on July 3 at Andover High School and a parade and other activities at the town park the following day.

ANDOVER, MA — Andover will once again have two days of Fourth of July celebrations. There will be a fireworks display at Andover High School on Monday July 3. A parade and entire morning of festivities is scheduled for the following day in the town park.

Fireworks at the high school start at 9:20 p.m. A make-up in case of bad weather is scheduled for Thursday, July 5. The high school is located at 80 Shawsheen Road .

Activities for July 4 include a pancake breakfast, a parade, and more. Here is the schedule:

  • 8:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. - Pancake Breakfeasr
  • 9:00 a.m. – 9:30 a.m. - Horribles Parade Assembly
  • 9:30 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. - Horribles Parade
  • 10:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. - Musical Entertainment from Middlesex Concert Band
  • 10:00 a.m. – 11:30 p.m. - Games at The Park

The town park is located at the corner of Chestnut and Bartlett Street.

Because of the parade, the following streets will be closed from 9:00-10:30 a.m.: Punchard Avenue, Main Street from the intersection of Punchard Avenue to Park Street, Park Street to Whittier Street, across Chestnut Street to Whittier Court.
