The Andover Town Governance Study Committee is continuing to gather residents’ input about whether the community should retain Open Town Meeting with reforms or adopt a town council form of government. Resident input, which the Committee has been gathering since October 2019, will help the Committee conclude its 16-month study of this particular topic.
