Andover Trick Or Treat Still On, Despite Weather

ANDOVER, MA — Despite forecasts of rain and winds, trick-or-treating in Andover is still scheduled for 4 to 6 p.m on Thursday, Oct. 31 this year, the town clerk confirmed. So if your kids want their annual candy overload, you might want to figuring out how to fit an umbrella or rain jacket into their costume — and yours. Paddington Bear with his raincoat and hat, or the Morton Salt girl with her umbrella, might work in a pinch.

There is another option, however: downtown business trick or treat is scheduled for 3:30 to 5 p.m.
