Andover Will Get At Least One New Selectmen In 2019
Paul Salafia said Monday he will not run for a fourth term in the March town election.

ANDOVER, MA -- Andover Selectman Paul Salafia said Monday he will not run for reelection next year. Chairman Alexander J. Vispoli, who is also up for reelection in March, has already said he plans to run for another term. Salafia, who owns an advertising agency, said he will continue to work with Andover Cares.
"Serving as a member of this board has been both an honor and a privilege, but, as my fellow board members will attest, serving as a selectman takes a significant amount of time and attention away from our families and professions," Salafia said in a statement released Monday.
Salafia was chair of the board for three years. He and his wife, Margaret, have two sons and five grandchildren.
