Authorities Renew Public Appeal on 3rd Anniversary of Andover Murder
Massachusetts State Police Detectives assigned to the Essex District Attorney's Office and Andover Police Detectives are working together
With the three year anniversary of the murder of John and Geraldine Magee approaching, Essex District Attorney Jonathan Blodgett and Andover Police Chief Patrick Keefe are renewing their appeal to the public for information.
“The public should know that this investigation remains active and we are committed to bringing the person or persons responsible for this brutal act to justice,” Blodgett said. “Once again, we are asking anyone with any information to please contact us.”
John and Geraldine Magee were found shot to death in their home at 7 Orchard Crossing in Andover on the morning of Dec. 14, 2011. Their Lexus SUV was found on fire on Prince Street in Boston on the evening of Dec. 13.

“Solving this horrific crime remains a top priority of the Andover Police Department.,” Chief Keefe said. “We are asking people to search their memories and consciences and come forward with any information that they may have.”
