A Better Chance (ABC) of Andover is looking for host families for the upcoming academic year (26-27). This is an extraordinary opportunity to enrich both a student’s life and your own.

ABC Scholars are high-achieving young women of color from under-resourced communities who attend Andover High School while living in a supportive local residential program.

By opening your home just one weekend a month, you offer a “home away from home”—a place to rest, reconnect, and recharge. From family excursions to sharing family meals, your Scholar becomes an integral part of your household’s rhythm. Don't think of your Scholar as a guest—they’re another child in your home, sharing in your routines, traditions, and spontaneous moments.
