A morning-long celebration on July 4th will kick-off with a pancake breakfast at the Robb Center from 8:30am-10:30am, followed by the 4th of July Spirit Parade from 10:30am-11:00am, and culminating with a celebration in The Park at the corner of Chestnut and Bartlet Streets at 11:00am, which includes a performance from Prescott's Battalion.
