Driver Pleads Guilty In Crash That Killed Andover Woman: Report
A Milford woman has pleaded guilty to charges in a crash that led to the death of an Andover woman, according to a report.
ANDOVER, MA — A woman pleaded guilty Monday to negligent operation of a motor vehicle in connection to an accident that killed an Andover woman in 2022, according to The Eagle-Tribune.
Margaret Silvestri, 23, of Milford, will serve 2½ years of probation, perform 100 hours of community service, and lose her driver’s license for 2½ years.
Francyne Fuller, 78, was struck at the intersection of Elm and Whittier streets in Andover on April 27, 2022. She later died due to her injuries.
