Monday, Aug. 20
At 1:53 a.m., a caller reported that someone wearing a Halloween mask had knocked on his window and fled. It turned out to be just a friend playing a prank.
At 9:10 a.m., a caller reported that a man had his arm stuck in a drain.

At 10:11 a.m., a caller reported finding a laptop at the corner of Lowell Street and Lovejoy Road. He turned the laptop over to the police.
At 4:56 p.m., a man filed a missing person report for a 56-year-old woman.

At 6:26 p.m., a caller reported seeing an ice cream truck driver yelling on his cell phone.
Tuesday, Aug. 21
At 2:39 p.m., Tammi Thayer, 47, of 200 Swanton St., Winchester, was arrested for operating without a license and leaving the scene of property damage.
At 3:27 p.m., police approached two men in a parking lot on Lowell Street and determined there was a drug deal happening. Richard James, 56, of 35 Hampton St., Boston, was arrested for possession of a class B substance with intent to distribute.
