On Saturday, September 26, we're throwing the doors open. Every class is free for first-time guests. No experience. No commitment. Just gloves, a bag with your name on it, and 45 minutes that will change how you think about working out.

What happens in a Boxing 45
A warm up, 8 rounds of heavy bag work, then core work, and a coach who knows your name before you leave. You go at your pace. Nobody hits you. Everybody sweats. It's cardio and strength training.
