Kick off the Friends’ Concert Series! Solstice Sackbuts performs a mix of renaissance, classical, pop, and jazz music, journeying through time with interesting anecdotes about music, life, and the history of the trombone. David Lindsey, Alan Johnson, and Leslie Havens on soprano, alto, tenor, and bass trombones. This program is supported by the Friends of Memorial Hall Library and in part by a grant from the Andover Cultural Council, a local agency which is supported by the Massachusetts Cultural Council, a state agency.
