The Andover High School girls lacrosse team put together a strong season that included a first round upset over No. 8 Billerica. But on Friday, the Golden Warriors were simply no match for powerful Westford Academy. Andover traveled to Westford to take on the one-loss top-seeded Grey Ghosts in the North Division 1 quarterfinal round. Westford continued its postseason dominance with a 14-4 victory, making its combined margin of victory 34-5 in two playoff games. Following the loss, Andover ended its season at 9-9-2, including a 16-12 playoff win in the opening round. Westford, meanwhile, advances to take on Masconomet in the bracket semifinal.

What happens in a Boxing 45
A warm up, 8 rounds of heavy bag work, then core work, and a coach who knows your name before you leave. You go at your pace. Nobody hits you. Everybody sweats. It's cardio and strength training.
