Indoor Cycling Computraining Open House

Charlie Goodspeed, owner and operator of DG Cycles, announced that DG Cycles has added a state of the art indoor cycling computraining center at its Londonderry location. The Center will officially open on Saturday, September 19th with an Open House from 9:00am-3:00pm. DG Cycle’s computraining center will have a heavy schedule of indoor rides including indoor open rides, indoor training rides, indoor race leagues, and indoor time trials. More rides will be added in the winter. The public is invited to the Open House which will have lots of giveaways and fun activities.

The indoor cycling computraining center features an 8 computrainer multirider system with HD television screens and the latest Racermate technology. All of the graphics and data recordings associated with the use of the technology are projected onto high definition 55-inch TVs to enhance your experience and make your training or recreational cycling more fun.

What is Computraining

Computraining utilizes RacerMate’s trademark CompuTrainers to provide the most interesting indoor cycling experience yet created using your own road or tri bike. Computraining appeals to all level of cyclists, from novice riders to experienced racers and professional cyclists. The rider creates the experience and workout they want based on interactive and personalized options that allow them to reach their desired level of fitness and efficiency.

Cycling and triathlon coaches worldwide use CompuTrainer as their primary testing instrument. USA Triathlon and USA Cycling test and train their team athletes with CompuTrainer. Computraining can increase cycling power by 20 to 30% and speed by 2 to 4 MPH. Whatever the starting point, the cyclist’s performance will improve significantly.
