Man Stabbed To Death At Lawrence McDonald's: DA

LAWRENCE, MA — A man is dead after being stabbed at the McDonald's at 50 Broadway in Lawrence Tuesday evening, the Essex County District Attorney’s Office said in a news release.

The stabbing was reported around 5:00 p.m., when Lawrence police responded to a report of an altercation at the restaurant, officials said.

Police found the man with an apparent stab wound and treated him at the scene before he was taken by ambulance to the hospital, where he died, according to officials.

The investigation is active and the victim's name is being withheld pending notification of next of kin, officials said.
