Newborn's Body Found At Facility Processing Refuse From Andover
The full-term baby boy was found around 8:39 am Tuesday morning.

ANDOVER, MA -- The body of a newborn baby boy was found at a Connecticut waste facility that handles recycling materials from Andover. Andover Police Chief Patrick Keefe said his department was working with law enforcement officials in Stamford, CT after officials there determined some of the material being processed at the plant had come from Andover.
The body of what appeared to be a full-term boy was found around 8:39 am Tuesday morning. Investigators said in addition to Andover, refuse at the facility had come from Stamford, CT; Greenwich, CT; Somers, NY; and the Oyster Bay area of Long Island, NY. Anyone with information is being asked to contact the Stanford Police Department's Major Crimes unit at 203-977-4420. All calls will be kept confidential.
