No Injuries In Andover Deck Collapse

ANDOVER, MA -- No one was injured when a deck collapsed at a condominium complex at 18 Dale Street in Andover Wednesday afternoon. Fire officials and building inspectors attributed the collapse to a "structural deficiency" and asked residents in other units to stay off their decks until they are inspected.
