Andover resident Daniel Molinari works at Whole Foods and has stepped up to fill in for sick coworkers.

ANDOVER, MA — In the time of the coronavirus outbreak, it can be heroic to just keep going to work, putting yourself on the line to allow others to stay home and stay safe. We all know someone who's making a difference right now as we live through unprecedented times. Here at Patch, we've launched an initiative to help recognize these everyday heroes.

Why do you believe the nominee should be recognized or honored?
He's just a part time cashier but he has been going in almost like a full-time worker, because a lot of people are calling out sick. He's only 19-years-old and has stepped up to the plate! I'm so proud!
What’s one thing you want everyone to know about your hero?:
He's a special, caring and selfless person!
