Police: Andover Man Secretly Videotaped Sex With Woman

ANDOVER, MA -- A 45-year-old Andover man was arrested after a woman went to Andover Police and told them she suspected he "had been electronically recording their sexual activity without her knowledge or consent." The woman told police she was worried that Phillip Little, 45, of Andover, might disseminate the footage online.

According to the Eagle-Tribune, which first reported this story, Little was released on personal recognizance after his arraignment Wednesday on a charge of photographing an unsuspecting nude person. The woman obtained a restraining order against Little. According to a police report, Little was "adamant" he had not shared the recordings with anyone else.
