Salisbury Man Killed In 1-Car, I-495 Crash Sunday In Andover
The 58-year-old victim, whose name has not been given, was the only person in the car. He was pronounced dead at Lawrence General Hospital.
ANDOVER, MA —A 58-year-old man from Salisbury was killed in a Sunday morning rollover crash on southbound Interstate 495, south of Route 93, in Andover, the Massachusetts State Police said.
The man's name has not yet been made public, but police said he was transported to Lawrence General Hospital, where he was pronounced dead. The victim was the lone occupant of the vehicle, authorities said.
According to police reports, at approximately 11:25 a.m., troopers assigned to the State Police-Andover Barracks were called to the scene of a single-vehicle crash involving a 2013 Ford Focus.

When troopers arrived, they found bystanders attempting CPR on the victim, who then was transported to the hospital.
According to authorities, the crash remains under investigation by Troop A of the Massachusetts State Police with assistance from the State Police Collision Analysis and Reconstruction Section and the State Police Crime Scene Services Section.
