On June 12, 1776, our town met to determine if&nbsp; the Continental Congress should declare the Colonies Independent.&nbsp; This illegal local vote, "The Andover Resolve" gave Adams, Hancock and the Massachusetts Delegation the courage and authority to sign the Declaration of Independence. Live this local history with a discussion led by North Andover Town Moderator Mark DiSalvo and the Executive Director of Revolution 250, Jonathan Lane. and audience participation in a town meeting setting as if it were 1776.
