ANDOVER, MA — A 19-year-old Bradford woman was killed in a midnight crash on I-495.Police said Katie Ramirez was driving a Honda Accord northbound when the car drove off the left side of the road and crashed into the wooded median just before Exit 41. First responders administered CPR before Ramirez was brought to Lawrence General Hospital, where she was pronounced dead.The crash is being investigated.
