Tewksbury Police Arrest Andover Man and Lawrence Man for Distribution, Possession of Crack Cocaine

The Tewksbury Police Department arrested two individuals who face charges for distributing and possession of crack cocaine after observing them making a transaction.

On Wednesday, Oct. 29, the Tewksbury Police Department arrested Bladimir Santos, 26, of 65 Stearns Ave., Lawrence for distribution of crack cocaine and possession with the intent to distribute crack cocaine. Also arrested was Christopher Haley, 40, of 449 Lowell St., Andover for possession of crack cocaine.

Detectives observed Santos and Haley conducting a transaction in the area of Route 133 near the Andover line. Both suspects were placed into custody without further incident.

Both were scheduled to be arraigned at Lowell District Court on Oct. 30.
