Traffic Advisory: 'Step Up for Colleen 5K' Roadway Closures

Bartlett Street was closed at 7 Sunday morning, and all other roads on the Step Up for Colleen Ritzer 5K course will be closed by 8:50 a.m. today in Andover, according to authorities. Andover Police will reopen the roads as participants move along the course.

RACE DAY REGISTRATION:

Registration will be held from 7 to 8:45 a.m. Sunday, May 3 in the Doherty Middle School cafeteria, 50 Bartlet St. Cash, or checks made payable to ECCF/Step Up for Colleen Fund are preferred, but credit cards will also be accepted.

More than 4,000 participated in the inaugural Step Up for Colleen 5K.

Step Up for Colleen 5K Pre-Race Registration and Packet Pickup Available

Proceeds from the event will support the Step Up for Colleen Fund at Essex County Community Foundation which benefits the Colleen E. Ritzer Scholarship Fund that provides college scholarships to high school graduates who pursue education as a major and reflect the popular teacher’s values.
