Updates About Aspen Family Accounts

We are in the process of implementing several new technology initiatives for families and students this fall. One of the new tools we will be introducing is a self-service password recovery tool that will allow parents to recover and manage their Aspen Family account password online, 24/7. In preparation for this move, Aspen will be unavailable on Tuesday, August 11th.

On Wednesday, August 12th you will receive an email with your Aspen username and a new temporary password with instructions on how to set your account up for self-service. Please note, this will need to be completed in order for you to login into Aspen’s Family Portal. This change is only to provide APS families with enhanced self-service for their Aspen Family account and is not related to registration for the 2020-21 school year.
